This position is for residential landscape renovation construction work. You will be an integral part of a small crew that holds high standards for themselves, the company, and their co-workers. Though the work is physically and mentally demanding, it is equally rewarding. We are looking for a hard-working, self-motivated person who takes pride in their work and wants more than just a "job". Ideally you already enjoy landscaping and are just looking for a long-term home to practice your craft. Related landscaping and construction experience is highly preferred but our door is always open to highly motivated individuals seeking to master a new trade.

- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Reliable transportation to and from our shop outside northwest Arvada.
- Be reliable and on time every day.
- Have good references from recent employers.
The ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience in some or all of the following areas:
General skills:
- General landscape construction.
- Safe operation of various truck and trailer combinations.
- Landscape lighting.
- General plant knowledge and planting techniques.
Equipment:
- Small and mid-size equipment operation: mini-loader, demo saw, sod cutter, skidsteer, mini-ex, etc.
- Driving trucks with trailers.
Hardscaping:
- Stone and paver patio and walkway installation.
- Natural stone and concrete block retaining wall construction.
- Boulder setting.
- Masonry and concrete.
Water management:
- Sprinkler system design, layout and installation.
- Complex drainage systems and site grading.
- Water feature construction.
Client and crew relations:
- Client relation and communication skills.
- Crew management.
Site layout:
- Comprehension of blueprints/designs and the ability to do on-site layout.
- General use of laser level/transit.
Compensation: $22 - $25/ Hour.
